One small apple, grated (with skin)
3 tbsp oats
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Natural yogurt to serve
Honey to serve
1. Mix the apple, oats and egg (and cinnamon if using) together in a large bowl. Heat a frying pan and spray with oil spray or add a small amount of butter or coconut oil.
2. Spoon a large tbsp of mixture into the pan and flatten slightly to make a fritter shape. Cook for a few minutes on each side until cooked through and golden.
3. Serve with a dollop of natural yogurt, a sprinkling of cinnamon and a tsp of agave syrup.
