See exercise differently

What’s your motivation to exercise? Is it to trim down, or bulk up? Or perhaps it’s to get a boost of endorphins? It’s good to have these motivators, but have you ever thought about exercising for back health?

It’s been shown many times that keeping active and taking part in exercise like Pilates and yoga can benefit chronic back pain.  


So why not try making back health a priority? It’s especially important if you have a sedentary job, a job that involves heavy lifting or travelling, or if you suffer with back pain frequently. Check out your local Pilates or yoga studio to see what’s available and always look for a qualified instructor.
