200g lean turkey mince
½ onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp dried or fresh chilli (deseeded and finely chopped)
2 tbsp tomato puree
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Shape into four burgers, cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
3. Grill under a medium heat for about 10 minutes, turn over and grill for another 7 minutes.
4. Serve with tomato salsa, a green salad and a crusty brown roll.
