1 tbsp of sesame oil
400g beef fillet steak, cut into strips
1 red chilli, chopped
ground black pepper
300g rice noodles, cooked in advance
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
½ cup of fresh coriander, chopped
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the beef, oil, chilli and pepper. Once beef is cooked, set aside.
2. Cook the rice noodles following packet instructions. Once cooked, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, drain and set aside.
3. Combine the cucumber, capsicum and coriander.
4. Mix all of the ingredients together and serve with fresh lime.
