1 sweet potato
1 sebago potato
2 tbsps of olive oil
ground black pepper & salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2. Prepare the vegetables by scrubing the outside thoroughly. Cut into thin slices, then place in a single layer on the tray.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place the tray into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until chips are crispy.
5. Serve warm or leave to cool. Enjoy!
