Green smoothie

A very satisfying smoothie recipe with a big vitamin hit.

Ingredients:

½ avocado

2 handfuls spinach or kale

½ inch ginger, peeled

1 small ripe pear

200ml nut milk or coconut milk

½ banana

 

Method:

Blend all of the ingredients in a high powered blender with a few ice cubes. Serve straight away.
