2 oatcakes, crushed
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp fresh or frozen berries
100g Greek yogurt or fromage frais
2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp agave syrup or honey
1. Mix the crushed oatcakes with the ginger and cinnamon and press into the bottom of a glass cup.
2. Mix the yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice and agave syrup in a small bowl and then spoon into the cup.
3. Top with the berries and serve with a sprig of fresh mint!
