Smoke-free environments

Did you know that you are ten times more likely to be successful in quitting smoking if you live in a smoke-free household? and work in a smoke-free workplace?

Try to keep yourself away from situations where you know people will be smoking. For example, avoid the “smokers’ corner” near the office and the “smoking area” at bars, and notice the temptation decrease!
